Suspensive Sale Agreement

The Suspensive Sale offers a facility through which ownership is automatically passed to you when the article has been fully paid for. In addition, the total purchase price is deducted from your taxable income in three equal portions, should you qualify in terms of the Income Tax Act.

Installment Sale Agreement

With a minimum deposit of 10%, the Installment Sale Agreement enables you to acquire durable goods over a maximum period of 54 months and obtain ownership once the last payment has been made.

Insuring Your Vehicle and Assets

You are responsible for insuring the vehicle or article for the duration of the contract. However, Bank Windhoek is more than willing to help you do so and secure a competitive tariff structure.

Financial Leasing

With Financial Leasing the Bank purchases the asset on your behalf and leases it to you for an agreed period.
